Settings

Colibri provides both personal account settings and instance-wide configuration.

Personal Settings ​

Access your personal settings by clicking your avatar in the sidebar and selecting Profile.

Profile ​

• Display Name: Your name shown in the interface
• Email: Your email address (used for login)
• Avatar: Upload a profile picture

Passkeys ​

Manage your passwordless authentication:

• View registered passkeys
• Add a new passkey
• Remove existing passkeys

Tip: Register passkeys on multiple devices for backup access.

Preferences ​

• Theme: Light, dark, or system preference

Instance Settings (Admin Only) ​

Administrators can access instance settings at Settings > Instance.

General ​

• Instance Name: The name of your Colibri installation
• Instance Description: A tagline or description

Storage ​

Configure S3-compatible storage for ebook files and covers.

Users ​

• View registered users
• Change user roles (admin, user)
